It’s always fun to take the ol’ velocipede for a weekend spin.
I had the shifting on the new bike tuned up on Saturday and it felt much better today. I got back to a more respectable 21 minutes for the 6-mile CP loop, or right around 17 mph, after a couple of dreadful (24 mins+) loop times on Saturday. Still cold, though - when I ended my ride this afternoon the clock said 33 F / 0 C.
Ran Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Biked yesterday and today. Back to running tomorrow.
